6.2 When we transfer your Personal Information outside of AMAVIT or to third parties who assist in providing our products and services, we obtain contractual commitments from them to protect your Personal Information. Some of these guarantees are well-recognized certification schemes for protecting Personal Information transferred from the EU to other countries; or
6.3 When we receive requests for information from law enforcement or regulatory authorities, we carefully review these requests before disclosing any Personal Information.
6.4 In accordance with applicable law, you have the right to contact us for more information regarding the precautions we have taken to ensure the proper protection of your Personal Information when it is transferred as described above. See the "Your Rights" section below for further details.

As a result of providing us with the personal data of your children (under 16 years of age), it will be processed for the purpose of creating individual statistics, enabling online learning through the internet service https://www.amavit.com/ in the user profile created for you, in order to fulfill and implement the contract connecting us (your use of our services) - (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter B of the GDPR).
