6.2 When we transfer your Personal Information outside of AMAVIT or to third parties who assist in providing our products and services, we obtain contractual commitments from them to protect your Personal Information. Some of these guarantees are well-recognized certification schemes for protecting Personal Information transferred from the EU to other countries; or

6.3 When we receive requests for information from law enforcement or regulatory authorities, we carefully review these requests before disclosing any Personal Information.
