Amavit Abacus is:
- a digital educational platform;
- software designed to organize and support educational activities;
- a tool for learning, practicing, and developing educational skills;
- a platform for educational gamification and skill development;
- a tool for independent learning and completing Homework.
The Platform:
- is not an educational institution;
- does not provide officially accredited education;
- does not issue government-recognized diplomas, certificates, or academic qualifications;
- does not conduct state educational assessments or examinations;
- does not grant professional or academic qualifications.
The Platform is intended solely as an educational support tool.
3. No Guarantee of Educational Results
The Company does not guarantee that use of the Platform will result in:
- specific educational achievements;
- improvement of mathematical or cognitive abilities;
- improvement of memory, concentration, or intelligence (IQ);
- successful completion of any educational program;
- success in examinations or academic assessments;
- admission to any educational institution;
- achievement of any academic, professional, or personal objective.
Educational outcomes depend on numerous factors beyond the Company's control, including:
- the User's individual abilities;
- age;
- previous knowledge and experience;
- consistency of practice;
- the quality and frequency of instruction;
- participation of the Parent;
- the teaching methods used by the Teacher;
- motivation and engagement;
- other factors outside the Company's control.
4. Role of Teachers
Teachers are independent Users of the Platform.
Each Teacher independently determines:
- teaching methods;
- educational content;
- lesson format;
- schedules;
- assessments;
- communication with Parents and Children.
The Company:
- is not the employer of any Teacher;
- does not enter into employment relationships with Teachers;
- does not supervise or control the educational process conducted by Teachers;
- does not verify the qualifications, certifications, licenses, or professional competence of Teachers;
- does not review or approve educational materials prepared by Teachers;
- is not responsible for the actions, omissions, statements, or services provided by Teachers.
Any educational relationship between a Teacher and a Parent or Child exists solely between those parties.
5. Use of the Platform
Each User voluntarily chooses to use the Platform and assumes responsibility for determining whether the Platform meets their educational needs.
The Platform is provided:
- "AS IS";
- "AS AVAILABLE";
- without warranties that it will meet every User's expectations;
- without warranties of uninterrupted, error-free, or continuous operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company disclaims all express and implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for:
- educational outcomes;
- academic performance;
- decisions made based on information obtained through the Platform;
- actions or omissions of Users;
- actions or omissions of Teachers;
- temporary unavailability of the Platform;
- interruptions caused by Internet service providers;
- failures of third-party services;
- technical failures or data loss not caused by the Company's gross negligence or willful misconduct;
- failures of User devices or software;
- unauthorized access resulting from circumstances beyond the Company's reasonable control;
- indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages;
- loss of profits;
- loss of business opportunities;
- loss of reputation or goodwill;
- any damages arising from force majeure events or circumstances beyond the Company's reasonable control.
Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited under applicable law.

The Platform is intended solely for educational purposes.
It is not designed or intended to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or monitor any medical, neurological, psychological, or developmental condition.
No content available through the Platform should be interpreted as medical, psychological, or professional healthcare advice.

8. Parent Responsibility
Parents remain solely responsible for determining whether the Platform is appropriate for their Child.
The Company does not replace parental supervision or participation in the educational process.
