This Children's Privacy Policy ("Policy") explains how the Amavit Abacus Platform, including its website, mobile applications, web application, and related services ("Platform"), collects, uses, stores, protects, and processes the personal data of children, and describes the rights of Parents regarding such data.

2. Children's Use of the Platform
The Platform is intended for children aged 5 years and older.
Children may use the Platform only under the supervision of a Parent or another authorized adult, where required by applicable law.
3. Registration
A Child may not create an Account independently.
A Child's Account may be created:
- by a Parent; or
- by a Teacher.
Where required by applicable law, the Teacher is responsible for obtaining all necessary parental or legal guardian consents before creating a Child's Account.
Access to a Child's Account is controlled by the Parent or another authorized adult User of the Platform.
4. Information We May Collect
When a Child uses the Platform, we may process the following information:
- the Child's name, as provided by the Parent or Teacher;
- Account identifier;
- learning progress;
- Homework results;
- learning preferences and settings;
- technical device information necessary for the operation and security of the Platform.
We do not intentionally collect:
- photographs;
- precise geolocation data;
- sensitive personal data;
- biometric information.
5. How We Use Children's Information
Children's information is used solely to:
- operate and maintain the Platform;
- provide educational services;
- track learning progress;
- enable interaction between the Teacher, Parent, and Child through the Platform;
- ensure the safety and security of children while using the Platform;
- prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, and other security incidents;
- comply with applicable legal obligations.
We do not use children's personal data for aggressive profiling or sell children's personal data to third parties.
6. Information Displayed Within the Platform
Children may see information within the Platform relating to:
- certificates;
- competitions;
- challenges;
- educational activities;
- new Platform features;
- motivational content;
- other internal Platform notifications.
Such information:
- is appropriate for the intended age group;
- is educational, informational, or motivational in nature;
- does not constitute third-party personalized advertising.
The Company does not display third-party personalized advertising to children.
7. Parent Rights
A Parent or another authorized adult User may:
- manage the Child's Account;
- access the Child's information;
- request correction of inaccurate personal data;
- request deletion of the Child's personal data, subject to applicable legal requirements;
- contact the Company regarding any questions related to the processing of the Child's personal data.
8. Data Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect children's personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, misuse, or destruction.
Although no system can guarantee absolute security, we continuously work to maintain appropriate security measures consistent with industry standards.
9. International Data Processing
Children's personal data may be processed or stored on servers located in different countries.
Where personal data is transferred internationally, the Company implements appropriate safeguards required under applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), where applicable.
